My PCP sent a referral to Dr. Bowden. If I could give Bowden zero stars I would. She was the most compassionless Dr I have ever encountered. I tried asking what to do for care while waiting the clinic's guesstimated time of 17+days to be assigned to a doctor. When I tried to go over a hypothetical situation so they could instruct me on what to do, the nurse HUNG UP ON ME. I have never in my life experienced such concerning behavior from a health clinic.
