Terrible service all around. No follow up ever from stroke! They don't even know who my grandma had a virtual visit with. Whoever answers the phone was rude and had an attitude. Worst care ever. -10
Terrible experience from attempting to become a new patient...Wouldn't recommend to anyone in need of efficient services or care....There reception/service skills need to re-evaluated also, this isn't a specialty that should allow such blatant disregard for patient experience expectations or general consideration.I hope for some future policy or procedure that changes this. ~ In reference to Suite 5003B ,for appt with a Sara R Kootman, FNP
Danielle is absolutely wonderful! But this is the most frustrating office to reach. The phone rings nonstop with no one answering. I had to miss an appointment due to being stuck at work with patients and no one answers their phone all morning. Then I get a letter warning me to not "no show" to another appointment...
This branch needs support. I have never been in to meet with a doctor. I received a text confirmation reminder of my appointment. I went to the appointment. I was notified that two neurologist had left the organization and that no one was available to see me until many months to come. They did leave a voice message close in proximity to my appointment.
