The receptionist was extremely rude. She had a nasty attitude as soon as she answered the phone. She said they won't see me with a referral. Asked me all kinds of questions about my medical history. Then told me to go somewhere else like neurosurgery or pain management because they aren't going to see me. Then afterwards closed out my referral and falsified my medical records stating I refused the appointment. I called to schedule an appointment because they had never called me to schedule.
Dr Verma and staff are very compassionate and caring
So far very professional and understanding that this is my fifteen year mark and I don't want to keep trying drugs
