My doctor (Dr. Verma) explained everything so that I would understand and explain side effects of certain medication’s, ask questions about my past health and what medication I have taken in the past. so as not to conflict with Healthcare that I’m receiving. Very knowledgeable about medication’s and has a very caring attitude that’s realistic
Might change this later but for right now I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks for someone to reach out to me for a referral that was given. Called and left message, no reply. Doctor called them and still no reply. Bad customer service
My husband recieved a rude letter for missing his appointment for a 2 month follow up. He passed away 9 days after his last follow up without the neurologist ever figuring out he had a brain cancer. I would never recommend Dr Kokatnur.
