Might change this later but for right now I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks for someone to reach out to me for a referral that was given. Called and left message, no reply. Doctor called them and still no reply. Bad customer service
My husband recieved a rude letter for missing his appointment for a 2 month follow up. He passed away 9 days after his last follow up without the neurologist ever figuring out he had a brain cancer. I would never recommend Dr Kokatnur.
Dr kokatnur is terrible. I have maythensia gravis and she was rude i could not understand her. She ordered a test and then went to lunch forgetting to call it in to hospital making me wait 1 hour for them to get a hold of her. Gave me medicine that me very sick vomiting and diarrhea so bad almost went to er she will not return calls. Very bad experience will not waste my time on her again.
