We did not even follow through with the appointment. Let me just say that none of the employees we spoke with should be associated with the name or word “mercy”. They were rude, disrespectful and uncaring, at least about your situation. They care about money though. That seemed to be all they care about. The type of service we received just in the appointment setup at this wound care facility is typical. Nobody cares about you at all and seems like they hate their job and life. If I could give 100 stars, I would. Dr. Finnie is hands down the best doctor that I have ever encountered. Cancer is scary...Dr. Finnie eases that worry and reassures you that you will be okay. I can't imagine going through my life without him in it. He will call you and talk to you about what next steps are. He is AMAZING!!! I am grateful, every day, that he is my oncologist. Love him the most. He always says, "WE ARE GOING TO GET YOU THROUGH THIS," and that's all that a cancer patient needs to hear. If you are goin... read more

Did VA evaluation with Dr. Trent today, she was great for me. She's obviously sharp, she was inviting and had great bedside manner, and was efficient. Very positive experience with her and the team there.

Dr Vyas has Taken good care of me. The surgery went well. He listened and answered my questions. This Doctor has my best interest at heart. I have lots of trust in work and follow his directions completely. A real pleasure working with him and his staff.

Dr. Shazia Malik arrived FOUR HOURS late for a scheduled appointment. By that time I clearly was no longer available as I have children and a life outside of medical appointments. I had called the office during this long wait to ask if she was ever coming, but the call was answered by someone in another country who could not understand or help. Dr. C Chiaghana with Pain Management was unprofessional and wasted my time. I waited in the doctor's office for 45 minutes past my appointment while hearing Dr. Chiaghana and his staff making jokes and laughing loudly about experiences in Las Vegas in their lobby, adjacent to my waiting room. I eventually got tired of hearing them being loud and obnoxious, so I came out of the room to check on the status of being seen.
