We've actually been very pleased with our visits here. They are timely and we were diagnosed correctly as confirmed by specialists. Super friendly staff.
I had a great experience here! The receptionist was wonderful, the nurse was wonderful and so was the doctor! They got me in quickly and got my results back quickly! I will recommend this walk in urgent care to anyone. Thank you, mercy!
This place is great but google maps takes you too the medical center next door the orthopedic side is the west side.
Emily Murphy care for my entire family. We trust her and her decisions. She is always willing to carefully listen and carefully treat our special needs family. Very grateful for her and Mercy's care.
I rarely ever go to the drs. But when I do, I feel like death. Both times I’ve tried to use this facility, I’ve called before hand and asked if they’re accepting walk ins. I get told they are, and then when I get there (15 minutes after the phone call) they tell me “we aren’t accepting anymore walk ins”. This facility has done this twice to me, and multiple times to others that I know. I do not recommend this place. Save yourself the time and aggravation and go to joplin, where they somewhat care about their patients.
