The ultrasound tech knew I wanted my baby’s gender to be a surprise as I reminded her each time she did an ultrasound on me, but she ruined my surprise anyways like a hater. It was so very rude of her to do that to me
Receptionist aka the first person you meet when coming to this clinic has a very poor attitude. And the ultrasound tech is always rushing through the ultrasounds even though there is 40 minutes scheduled to be seen, you’re in and out in 10 minutes! First time said she was rushing because she needed to rush to bring her babies car seat back, and this last time she said oh the baby did everything needed to do so I didn’t need to take up more than 10 minutes. The receptionist is super unprofessional Is making appointment without my consent of agree to appointments And when I asked multiple times for them not to do that if I Do not agree to the appointment do not schedule if you cannot reach me I will call back. The receptionist is not professional, they need to hire a new one. I tried to change by OB/GYN over two weeks ago. They've already sent the referral, she's telling me they never got a referral, she'll have someone call me back, no one ever calls me back, and has hung up on me multiple times when I tried calling the clinic back. Does not know how to handle patients. I am never coming back to this clinic.
