The receptionist is not professional, they need to hire a new one. I tried to change by OB/GYN over two weeks ago. They've already sent the referral, she's telling me they never got a referral, she'll have someone call me back, no one ever calls me back, and has hung up on me multiple times when I tried calling the clinic back. Does not know how to handle patients. I am never coming back to this clinic.

Called to set up an appointment and the receptionist thought she hung up after taking my number and was gossiping about me to her co-worker. I have a hard time remembering numbers including my own and I had to use someone else's phone to try and look my number up but she was rood and laughing about it to her co worker like I was dumb.
Dr Lefler is the best gynecologist I've ever had. Great bedside manner and truly cares about his patients privacy and making sure they get the right treatment and diagnosis.
