Scheduling lady was very rude!
Dr was fantastic. Front desk and billing need a lot of assistance with customer service. My daughter, 18, was there alone for her appointment. The front desk checked her in and told her a balance of 285$ before even running it through insurance. ( Mind you I checked about payment may check in when paying the last bill I had before this appt and was assured it was only a co pay if anything) She was very rude and loud about the payment. Amazing nurses and Dr. Fraser and Robin were a big help during my last high risk pregnancy
I was there for the worst possible thing, and Dr. Frasher made me laugh. Didn't know why I needed to come when I've heard it all before. Even so, Dr. Frasher and Miss Robin (Genetic Counselor) helped me set up my next steps and took the time to explain everything (again) to me! They are awesome!
He is old and needs to retire. Isn’t consistent tells you to do one thing and then wants you to do the complete opposite at your next visit. I see my OBGYN more often and have a way better experience than with my MFM, Dr. Fraiser
