They are always kind and efficient, I have never had a long wait time
My Lab experience was PAIN FREE & all of 10 minutes. That deserves a 5 as far as I'm concerned!
There door says they are open from 8 till noon on Saturday. There was 9 people there waiting and then to find out they are closed. When is working people suppose to get lab work done??
So we had an order from Dr office for a chest xray for our little girl. And we had already been to the mercy clinic in nixa, am they had told us to go there cause they don't take paper orders.so we drove all the way to Springfield to Smith glynn. Only to get there to be told they won't see us because it's not a mercy dr. In which we have had been to many times in the past with orders from our dr. We called our dr office to let them know they said the same thing that they have never had that problem before. But to their logic... read more
Extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful staff. Seriously wonderful people. Have never had a problem with these guys and they always go out of their way to be helpful. Keep it up
