The doctor is great Dr Strickland. nurses are all right y'all's receptionists are terrible every time I call or talk to them they are very rude and hateful it's like this every time I go to a Mercy clinic it makes me not want to attend my appointments because of how bad they treat us I don't like going somewhere and being treated bad I haven't done anything to anybody to receive the hatefulness from some of these people over there. Professional fast and friendly probably gets negative reviews because of pill addicts that really don't need medicine that they do not help with they give shots and make life livable for the people who have real issues..
I found them on google and their website shows very high ratings but it’s just a service they pay for to make their reviews high: if you actually google Dr Natalie Strickland and other doctors for pain management it’s very poor. I found this out after calling and seeing the reviews. I have a rare disease and had been on suboxone for 9 years, now that I am off: well, I’m a criminal and junkie in most of the medical communities.
