Sat in waiting room for almost an HR, not counting room time either. The lady at front desk was not too nice either, kind of snotty to be honest.
The staff and Doctors are always about patients first. They answer any questions or concerns as quickly as possible. I love my mercy team!
He is an excellent Dr. He cares about his patients completely and remembers them when they are back for their next visit. I like him so much that I am moving back in the area so that I can return to use him as my Doctor.
Our family doesn't see a MD. Instead we see Tina Montee, a NP. She is personable, thorough and answers all our questions (and no question is a stupid question) ! The staff is friendly and it's very easy to get an appointment. Her nurse, Kori is wonderful as well. They make a great team !
