Keep their facility in extremely poor shape and rather than chip in like medical professionals should they ride the janitors hard with little respect
I have tried three or four times to see a primary care physician there and it is impossible! Online scheduling is confusing and when you call they act like you need a formal invitation to see a doctor! I will stick with the local St Luke’s urgent care—skip the primary care entirely.
This place made me wait an entire month and a half to get an MRI. I get there at the crack of dawn to find out they canceled it last minute because I didn’t answer a phone call. The lady at the front desk didn’t even care. She treated me like it was all my fault. You people made me wait this entire month in pain. Shame on you and your scheduling department. This is not a reflection of the clinicians at this location nor the clinic as a whole; rather, one individual in particular. Chris (nurse) is extremely passive aggressive and unempathetic. A little compassion goes a long way, and she would rather belittle you and make you feel incompetent instead of helping. Sometimes it feels as though those in healthcare would rather purposefully complicate situations for a patient in order to feed their ego, instead of simply helping them to the best of their ability.
Had an appointment with Dr. Marler at 3pm. It’s my first time at this office so I’m not familiar with location of building, office, etc.. I did all my paperwork online before appointment and checked in on my way there. Door was locked and had to wait for someone to open. I arrive at 3:16 and am turned away because I passed their 15 minute buffer. Lady in the front was rude and not helpful.
