Contrary to the other negative reviews here, the Mercy Internal Medicine care team is very pleasant and helpful. I've NEVER had a bad experience with them. They LISTEN well, which is what a medical professional should do. They're incredibly responsive. I never have to wait more than a few hours to get a response from the team via MyMercy. Also, they're super punctual/on time. I never have to wait to be seen when I arrive for my appointment.
