Dr. Parker has been great! She is my first primary care doctor since I had a pediatrician. She has listened to all of my concerns and has encouraged me to take care of myself more than I would on my own. I feel comfortable with her and her staff. Everyone is so welcoming, and I would recommend her to others.
Both myself and my pharmacist have been trying to contact ANYONE in the office for over a week just so I can get a refill on my prescription! I can't find an email, talk to anyone on the phone, or even leave a message! It's a shame because I really do like Dr. Parker but if this is how this office treat their patients then I'm done!
Doctor turn over rate is high, extremely poor customer service. Very disappointed in my experience.
Dr. Parker is amazing and so is her staff! Anytime I’ve had to message they get back to me right away.
