Constantly fumbling my medications, rejecting them suddenly after a year for no reason other than 'needing an appointment' which they NEVER call to schedule, they just reject my daily medication. When I call to schedule the appointments they don't seem to be able to call me about, I wait 40 minutes on the line to be told I'm actually speaking with a call center worker, and the office doesn't take calls... I saw my NP (April Brumley) at this office for years and then moved away for three years and got back to the area and Mercy had bought them. Mercy is terrible. When I made the appointment on the phone I was told I could not see my NP until July 2025 (9 months away) so I had to go with another doctor. Somehow somewhere they pulled me up under a name I never once used at this office when it was St Louis Internal Medicine. They used a married last name I haven't had since 2016. Dr. Ash is great, but supposedly 3 PAs have left (not a great sign...) and getting replies right now is like pulling teeth. I wouldn't mind waiting a week between getting routine bloodwork back and having my results read, but since I've been dealing with a prolonged mystery illness, waiting over a week each time to have my results explained and next steps given is getting very frustrating. I do feel bad for the staff that is left. Mercy absolutely needs to shift personnel around and hire (and retain) staff. Update as of 10/4... read more
