I enjoyed meeting and conversing with Dr Goldstein. He's professional, patient and very easy on the eyes. He explained things in a way that made sense and is understandable. The staff was friendly and efficient. Great encounter!
Showed up for a scheduled appointment today, after calling this morning to confirm the time and date. I arrived and informed the person at the desk that I was there for my appointment. She looked it up in the computer and then told me that the appointment was scheduled at another office 45 minutes from the Dunn Road office. I was not informed of this when I made the appointment, or when I called to confirm it...I was not even aware there was a second office.
