Great folks, great care!
Nothing less than an excellent experience . Dr U. Ahmad and his entire staff provided professional and competent service before, during and after quadruple coronary bypass surgery for my husband. However, once he was out of the ICU unit and in a regular room, the nurse service lacked in attention and professionalism.
I had an issue with my medication refill. I called the office and was transferred to Dr. Rothstein and his NP’s assistant. She was condescending and when I began to express frustration, she hung up on me. Very disappointing considering Dr. Rothstein and his NP were, from my experience, kind and compassionate. I cannot say the same for their staff.
Had appointment 2 weeks ago for my mom at the Tesson Ferry Location, my mom went in the hospital and they then change it to the Kirkwood location upon discharge, yet didn't say anything. The hospital also made appointment the same time as primary doctor appointment was scheduled.
