I was there for finger joint replacement surgery. Everyone was so kind, efficient and answered all my questions. Received a lovely card from them a couple of days after the procedure.
Sylvia Gray, saw her, almost no attention and information. Not happy with how the operation turned out. Peri-op nurse Anna B sermed to be in a bad mood. When she started to take off the iv she flipped the needle over while still in, hurt bad. Made a sound and jumped and she said "just a minute" sternly. Afterwards she said "any questions"? | asked her one question and she said "I have no idea". On the discharge sheet she said "answered all asked questions".
Doctors really know what they are doing. Straightest incision i have ever seen/had.
I had surgery on my primary hand a year ago for D'Quervain Syndrome. I was very hesitant, 'cause... primary hand. Dr. Hurwitz was my surgeon and did a great job. I have a slight scar and a perfectly working hand again. I went from crying out in pain when lifting or twisting anything to carrying too many grocery bags at once like I used to. The other doctors, nurses and staff that worked with Hurwitz were also very kind and knowledgeable. Zero complaints. Kinda rare in the medical field IME.
