I don't understand the previous reviews. I think the front desk staff are very professional, the nurses are very knowledgeable. I've had nothing but good service from this office.
Love coming in and feeling like another member of the family! Kelly (I’m sure in not spelling right) she is the reason why I enjoy coming she always so helpful and such a joy to talk to! Not sure if my experience would be the same without her support and her knowledge! Also love Dr. Pallati step by step helping and encouraging me to become a better me! Thank you to all the staff!
Everyone was really nice at first. I went through the whole program, did everything I was asked to do, paid $300 for a 5 minute useless appointment, was told everything else was covered. I even got a surgery date. Then out of the blue I was called by Ellen and told my insurance changed and I was no longer covered so they cancelled my surgery. I had a good experience with the ladies when checked in. ( One of them speaks Spanish) I amazed about how clean is this Clinic!!!
