Goog as any med place
Dr. Kirk is excellent in his practice and great at communicating with his patients. I left the office confident on my situation and will be going back for surgery. Cristin was wonderful and passed along a positivity that is contagious and much needed in her line of work. A terrific experience thanks to these kind and competent individuals.
Needs new office staff that answers the phone or returns phone calls. The incompetence and lack of concern is overwhelming. The surgeon, Dr. Kirk, was nice and seemed to perform the surgery well, the surgery center staff doing the surgery was wonderful and attentive. Everything fell apart from the moment we left the surgery center leaving the patient without pain medication because it's impossible to get ahold of anyone to help you. Mercy is wayyy better than Cox. It doesn’t even compare. Such nice staff they make you feel like your needs and concerns really matter. 10/10
