The front desk staff were not friendly. When I scheduled my appointment it took a few times of calling before anyone would pick up. When I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist was very short with me with a bad attitude. The physician was great and detailed-I would give her 4 stars. However, I just can't do it with how I was treated by the front staffing.

Right when you call this girl answered and hung up immediately. VERY PROFESSIONAL MERCY! Then I call back a second time and not a slight of happiness in her voice. I’m so sick of dealing with uneducated, unprofessional people. Work on this.
I had 3 months of diabetic information (everything I ate and blood sugar levels) and I was rushed thru the entire process. I had arrived 30mins early and was called into my appointment before I had time to fill out the first visit forms. Then the doctor wouldn't look at my 3 months of data and passed me off to the nutritionist who commanded me what to eat and what not to eat.
