I’ve seen Dr Roberts and Alyson Duncan for 3 years and they helped me with ongoing issues that required surgery and Alyson continues to help me navigate life with Barrett’s esophagus. They have both been amazing throughout my experiences with them. I first saw Alyson after my gi bleed rendered me unresponsive and I needed a blood transfusion. Now my Cameron lesion is gone and I don’t even need an iron supplement or a ppi. She’s been amazing with advice on what to take over the counter as well. I highly recommend them.
As the previous reviews can confirm, I was also frustrated with this facility for similar. Though I have actual physical symptoms, I was treated like I didn’t have issues that were worth the inspection of this clinic. Very displeased with the attitudes of staff and especially a certain nurse practitioner who seemed over zealous in attempts to dismiss my symptoms and concern. She begrudgingly ordered diagnostic tests but I do not appreciate the attitude in how my appointment went today.
