Mercy in willard has horrible customer service!!! The receptionist makes up her own rules! Online says they take walk ins 8-9 am Mon-Fri! I have a screenshot of it attached! She told me they only take them for 30 mins 8-830!! I got there at 8:35 and waited in line until 8:44 since a guy was already in front of me. I am technically a patient there too but I was having issues that needed to be seen before work. There were no other patients there except 1 person!! I'm changing doctors!
J. Patton saved my life. I had a tick on my head for about 80 hours. He prescribed Doxycycline. I waited until 8:00 pm to take it so I could take it every 12 hours. In the meantime I developed a severe headache and rash on my right lower leg. I’m thankful for his early response! I usually see Christy Barrett. Love her!
I have received excellent primary care at this clinic. Highly recommend especially Dr. G. and NP Cristina. Both are caring providers that have excellent people skills.
