Went there for labs. I waited outside at 7:53 am, and the doors were locked. I waived at the receptionist and smiled through the doors. That's ok, the clinic opens at 8:00 am so I didn't mind waiting a few minutes. She came and unlocked the doors at 8:03 am, and stepped outside and said I cant check you in until the provider gets here. I said oh that's ok, I just had a question. I had never been there before so I asked her if they had a lab there to get labs done, and she said yes, but I still can't check you in until the pr... read more

I had a mole frozen off in September starting to come back call to make an appointment and I’m told cant make an appointment. So to say the least I would recommend mercy at all
