I’ve been waiting for over 2 months for an appointment for my constant body pain. They call 1hr before it starts to reschedule it, and tell me they have been calling for a long to cancel it, which makes it worse because that’s a bold faced lie. I’m glad this happened now, if this is how you run an office, your docs probably would have poisoned me slowly.
Horrible experience I spoke with several people on this office as my insurance changed from bjc being in network to mercy and just needed my prescription filled. I was assured it wasn’t an issue and the doctor claimed they aren’t filling the prescription for new patients after waisting my time.
I have been coming to this location for 10 years+. It broke my heart when Dr Angleton left. He officially ran the proper test to let me know I was pregnant with my daughter and put me on the path to a REAL mental health recovery and life betterment. He was such a wonderful Doctor!! I feared who I would be matched with to continue caring for my health. In his absence I have been seen by Dr Danielle Besand. She is just as wonderful as Dr Angleton.
