Awful experience and pretty sure my doctor here barely passed medical school. Found a way better doctor that actually cares about helping patients get better from a chronic condition. So much red tape at this place. SSM all the way.....Mercy sucks! Should be called "No Mercy."

I've literally never written a review for a doctor's office, but I feel like I need to somewhat combat the bad reviews. I cannot speak to any billing issues or HIPAA related things because that has not come up for me, but I want to share how wonderful Dr. Ball and her DNP, Jessica Foote were in helping me with several medical issues. The worst regarding patient care. I have been a patient for many years, yet the administrative staff does not care about the health of their patients. Find a new job. You suck.
I saw the NP Jessica. It was an excellent experience. I felt welcome and every staff member I encountered listened to what I had to say. It was easy to get my appointment and there was basically no wait when I arrived. Everyone was extremely friendly. I’m making appointments for the whole family as this is our new office!
