Cancelled my appt less than 1.5 hours ahead of time. Said NP was ill. I had made my appt recently and there was no one else on the schedule for that day. Suspect that I was her only patient that day and she did not want to come in for 1 patient. In my practice, every patient is important. Won't be giving them a second go.
