I want to start off by saying I have always loved Mercy in ShellKnob. My PA Elizabeth was outstanding. They transferred her to Ozark and now they have different female PA's that may or may not float in once a week? You never know who you're going to get. These PA's don't know us. Elizabeth knew everything about me and I could ask her any question and this is just not right. I think they are now just saving cost and having some female PA come in once a week or something and that is ridiculous! We need our female PA, just like... read more
