Was told we could be at appointment anytime between 7am to 11 am for blood draw. Place doesn't open until 8 am! Not good, considering some people have to work! Change the signs on the doors for your hours of business!!!
My wife was reject by the receptionist to see her doctor because she wasn't there 15 min before her scheduled time yet was still there before her appointment. Im not sure what obligations the front desk has to reject a patient that's been with Mercy for years? Is that even legal? Very frustrating this is the same desk receptionist that wouldn't scan our insurance we got the hefty bill and we had to do her job and add it ourselves. Lack of professionalism up front.
This was genuinely the WORST experience I've ever had in ANY hospital!!!!!! The staff is unbelievably rude and treat you roughly even if they know you're in pain!! They were even giving me bad instructions on how to proceed with my medications!!! I CANNOT believe this. To anyone who has an appointment here, cancel it while you still can!!!! Unbelievable how you get treated in that building... I wish I could give ZERO stars!!!!!!!!! I am in utter shock over this atrocity!
one of the WORST and most UNPROFESSIONAL clinics I've ever been too!!! The receptionist were so rude and cold towards me and my son, at first refusing to let us in; then, they made me and my son (that was having an ASTHMA! attack) wait in the waiting room for about 15 minutes! They refused letting us in until he turned BLUE. Truly, TRULY horrible, never ever will i go there agaim nor recommend this place to anyone! Save your time and money. They are frauds, all unprofessional and rude.
absolutely disappointed. bad service, bad healthcare, and everyone has an attitude. you go there to get treated, and u leave more sick. never go here.
