I've been to this clinic four times now, my son (11months) and I see J. James and she's amazing. So kind, and it really feels like she truly cares. She listens, and has actually taken me seriously and ran tests that I asked for. Then when they come back with the results I suspected, she had no problem referring me to the specialists I needed. Are you kidding me? This office is absolutely atrocious for a plethora of ways. What an embarrassment to patient care. I have a litany of concerns with this dumpster fire and if you would like to hear personal feedback, please let me know. in addition, your office deserves the 2.9 rating on Google reviews. Will never answer the phone. Trying to get ahold of provider to fix my daughter's prescription but nobody ever answers.
Was told we could be at appointment anytime between 7am to 11 am for blood draw. Place doesn't open until 8 am! Not good, considering some people have to work! Change the signs on the doors for your hours of business!!!
one of the WORST and most UNPROFESSIONAL clinics I've ever been too!!! The receptionist were so rude and cold towards me and my son, at first refusing to let us in; then, they made me and my son (that was having an ASTHMA! attack) wait in the waiting room for about 15 minutes! They refused letting us in until he turned BLUE. Truly, TRULY horrible, never ever will i go there agaim nor recommend this place to anyone! Save your time and money. They are frauds, all unprofessional and rude.
