Will never answer the phone. Trying to get ahold of provider to fix my daughter's prescription but nobody ever answers.
Was told we could be at appointment anytime between 7am to 11 am for blood draw. Place doesn't open until 8 am! Not good, considering some people have to work! Change the signs on the doors for your hours of business!!!
one of the WORST and most UNPROFESSIONAL clinics I've ever been too!!! The receptionist were so rude and cold towards me and my son, at first refusing to let us in; then, they made me and my son (that was having an ASTHMA! attack) wait in the waiting room for about 15 minutes! They refused letting us in until he turned BLUE. Truly, TRULY horrible, never ever will i go there agaim nor recommend this place to anyone! Save your time and money. They are frauds, all unprofessional and rude.

I do NOT recommend Mercy. I’ve been a Mercy patient since infancy, and after reaching of age to change away from pediatrician I decided to stay since it’s what I had known, I wish I changed sooner. All throughout childhood I felt I lacked decent healthcare, when I was a teenager and had to go to Mercy doctors I was always talked over and didn’t feel listened to.
