Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Dr Bowling and colleagues are great with listening, helping me with referrals, n making sure my health concerns are getting addressed. I have several health issues so it's important to me that I receive great care and Mercy clinics and hospitals have never let me down. I highly recommend Dr Bowling n this Mercy Clinic here in Monett Mo They have been my primary care for several years!
This place is the best of the best the entire staff is so friendly and very mannered the nurse practitioner a nurse are the best of the best they listened to all my concerns an are genuine an generally concerned they sat an listened to everything pertaining to my health I must say I have a lot of health issues. Thank you to the entire staff for being so very patient with me an taken your time out to see me. I look forward to seeing all of you all at my next appointment. Dashboard medical clinic. I don't see my mother or husband being able to work the Dashboard for refills. I can't because they have not made them available for refill. Then you get put on hold with soft voices and screaming Mercy music. You can exercise you thumbs with volume turning up down. Then have you called your pharmacy first? Duh Have you even ordered since I had to change Dr due to insurance naming who I see? It's blood pressure medication, should I just stop it? Remember aging population Mercy.
