Excellent medical technicians and doctors from the front desk and everywhere in between.
In April I called to make appointments for my three children. I was told it would take months to get in, but I was OK with that. My youngest was seen on August 11. My other two were scheduled to be seen on August 17th. We showed up at the appointment only to be told that Dr. Urban was away for a family emergency. We were rescheduled for September 13th.
