If you never want to talk to your doctor or their nurse assistant then go here. The phone system is the worst as is the demeanor of the general employees. If you get to see the doctor you are lucky. The assistants are.....oh well....the staff are a staff virus, infection. Do yourself a favor and go to Springfield Mercy. Lot better.....don't go to Cox

My Mother saw Dr Zomora for sciatica pain, and was told to just use a heating pad. She then made an appointment the next day, due to severe pain and saw the NP. She explained to her that she was in excruciating pain and begged for cyclobenzaprine that she has used in the past, AND WORKED, she was told no! How would this Dr. feel if this was her family member!
This review is of the Lebanon Mo. area. The Mercy Family Medical Clinic is very understaffed mainly all Nurse Practitioners, if you need or want a Doctor for conditions other than minor, well good luck.
The entire staff is wonderful, they are always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Barker is amazing, she cares about her patients and it shows. Dr. Barker is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and her bedside manner is awesome.
