Absolutely unprofessional system. You make an appointment wait several weeks. They send you a confirmation text and email you confirm it with their system. Then you show up for an appointment and it's cancelled. No call, text, voicemail
Megan FNP is superb, she is very thorough, caring, informative and knowledgeable. She makes you feel very much at ease. Like you are talking to a friend. I recommend her highly.
I was under the care of Megan Fjellanger, FNP at Mercy Clinic, overseen by Dr. Chen, who misdiagnosed me after receiving several preventative and well women checks. I won’t disclose my diagnosis, I stopped going to this office.
