Called for shortness of breath/chest congestion and they offered a virtual visit on the following Monday because they were about to close for the weekend. So unprofessional. Bambi and Cyndi nurses have been so extremely unhelpful when I’ve called for questions, like I’m bothering them. 100% will be finding a new team. People who actually know what they’re doing.
Liz is amazing - empathetic and a great listener. Brandy & Gabby are the sweetest and funniest medical staff around. I felt so comfortable with all these ladies.

My sister in law was running late so she called and asked how late they could be. The lady said 10-15 minutes late. So, we let them know that we would be there before the 15 minute mark. We were 12 minutes late and they canceled the appointment without calling us or letting us know.
