Poor management. I’m sitting here waiting for a simple blood draw. Dr forgot to put orders in so I had to return. I’m getting cobwebs as I sit in the lobby
"Continued review of Mercy Rehab." The family was called by Mercy Rehab on Sunday, 29 Jun 2025 because the nurse didn't read the notes stating mom didn't need Trazadone, a harsh drug. We all rushed to the ER at Mercy South and waited for mom to come back from a CT Scan. Mom came back in and the Neurologist on duty said there wasn't a stroke but they would code it as that because they didn't know how else to code it. On Sunday, 29 Jun 2025, around early afternoon at Mercy Rehab, Mom was given Trazodone, a harsh drug, by a nurse who wasn't supposed to have given it to her per Amanda, the nurse on duty who is really good. The nurse administering this did not read the notes. After this was given, my brother asked the nurse about why this drug was given because he noticed mom starting to exhibit changes in her which resembled stroke-like symptoms, slurred speech, loss of the use of her right arm and her tongue leaned to the right side. ... read more
Dr Andrew Kazdan has been my doctor for several years. I’ve had many health issues that Dr. K has got me through. He takes the time to listen to what’s going on with me and he figures out what I need. I tell him every-time I go to him to, “please don’t retire.” I’ve had several doctors in my life and he has been far the best doctor for me. I stayed her a few weeks ago and am finally able to address the abusive behavior of the nursing staff, and management there. They had no drinks for you to have other than water, no snacks. The meals were always late. I had to purchase my beverages out a vending machine, at 2.50 a drink. Nursing kept apologizing for not having supplies. They were short of staff. I recently had a hip revision surgery performed by Dr. Megan Manthe. I spent one overnight in the hospital following my surgical procedure. I can't say enough good things for the hospital staff from admission to discharge. I would highly reommend Dr. Manthe and her staff to anyone needing orthopedic cares. from Jill Riffe
He performed a laminectomy on my lower lumbar. He stated in the beginning that we would have a 80% success rate. After surgery, I had severe pain much worse than before. He then stated it was 50/50 shot at fixing it. I was miserable and looking tkk on him for a solution. He said that he could do nothing for me and refused any more treatment. This place is becoming a joke to say the least. When you call the clinic the call doesnt even go there anymore it goes to a different location and good luck getting anyone to call you back. My mom has UTI's often so her doctor (i won't say which one) told her from now on to save a trip to the office that i could collect a urine specimen from her and drop it off there so they can run labs on it, so she has another UTI and i have been calling for 2 days trying to get someone to call me back, day one the girl i spoke to actua... read more
