I went there this morning as a walk in patient. Wonderful experience, everyone was so caring! Feeling so much better. They were awesome, knowledgeable as well.
I am reviewing Dr. Rowell. I saw him on Wednesday, and it was decided by tests that I had COVID-19. They were going to call me something into my pharmacy. I decided to get groceries at Walmart first. I get my groceries, and they are in the back of a truck. I went to my pharmacy, and they said they did not carry that, so I transferred it to Walmart. We all know how long Walmart takes. I had a medical issue that required immediate treatment by antibiotics & cream. The cream prescribed by the doctor at this clinic was $200 at Walmart. Walmart reached out to the Green Forest Clinic to get approval for a $20 alternative cream. After waiting an hour at Walmart, then leaving & making multiple calls to the clinic throughout the day (by Walmart & me), they never replied to Walmart. Rob and I both have dr Rowell as our primary physician and we are very thankful for him and his demeanor is very nice and his concern is really a great quality ,we love mercy clinic and hospital for all the time and effort
