Brought my brother for a 9;00am appointment and was told to come early. We arrived at 8:40. We were the only ones in the waiting area. No receptionist. After 7-8 minutes we finally called out for service. Someone called out back that they would be right there. Eventually, someone showed up at 9:09am. 30 minutes.
