This office makes me feel uncomfortable. Two years ago I had ask for help with my chronic pain due to fibromyalgia, pinched nerves, and arthritis. Dr. Sheer told me there is nothing that can help and I have to live like that. I’m smarter than that and know otherwise, but my point is she did not care enough to look into my condition and direct me to the appropriate type of doctor that could better help me. Brought my brother for a 9;00am appointment and was told to come early. We arrived at 8:40. We were the only ones in the waiting area. No receptionist. After 7-8 minutes we finally called out for service. Someone called out back that they would be right there. Eventually, someone showed up at 9:09am. 30 minutes.
Friendly staff, they have always been polite.
