We are unable to call a number to our clinic to make an appt. Instead, the call automatically goes to a call center in a metropolitan city and they eventually process the call. Sometimes you need to be seen rather than going to an ER.
Dr Wouters is a great Dr.
Call in system is a joke. You so not get care in a timely manner due to the call in system. Your lack of professionalism with the call in system and difficulty getting an appointment by phone is detrimental to Dr Wouters reputation and practice! You should be ashamed of the lacking quality of care that is provided due to your phone system. Something has to be done to improve this or you will lose all of your patients, nurses, physicians and support staff.
