just like the first post, 0 stars. maybe -100 stars. she left me with a bloody wound (given tylenol and told i was fine. got no stitches, nothing) and bloody urine, and she discharged me. she also did not take my temperature; any triage stuff. highly illegal. especially because i have a central line and a compromised immune system.
Would give zero stars if I could. Had made appointment day before with Sherry just to bring patient in for a shot, no diagnosis, final in series of three in three days as directed by doctor. Sherry said no problem, could come in without having to wait. I get here and Sherry had made note but desk clerk here today says Sherry has no authority to say so. We will have 2 hour wait just to get a shot. Only 4 people in lobby. Ridiculous! Patient needs to be off her feet not sitting for hours per doctor's orders. Extremely disappoi... read more
