I am actually a Mercy employee so it absolutely saddens me that things were bad enough I had to write this review. First off, I have been seeing Jill, whom is a NP and I love her. Jill has excellent bed side manners and goes above and beyond for her patients. However, actually getting ahold of her, her assistant, or anyone that can help with any medicine changes is non-existent.
