Pam/Pamela at reception (suite 140 not sure if they ever move desks or not) is very sweet. Enjoyed talking with her while she checked me in for my appointment. Customer service job is definitley a great fit for her!! She is great.
I have had an appointment 2 weeks in a row and both were canceled by facility. Apparently a persons health doesn’t matter to these people. I can let one cancellation go but the second one being canceled 45 minutes before I am supposed to be there is very inconsiderate. I am looking elsewhere for medical care because Mercy has become worse than Cox ever was!
While the Dr I seen was very helpful and caring his staff not si much. He prescribed a medication that needs authorization from insurance.....that was 5+ weeks ago. I've called and left messages, I've sent messages thru the app. Twice I've been notified that the info was seng to pre auth nurse and was told she'd been on vacation for 2 weeks. What about the other 3 weeks??? Besides the fact that i seen the "pre auth" nurse at facility during her "vacation" wonder if Dr knows how his pts are being treated. Never been treated s... read more
