We love Dr Thiebaud He very compassionate & Caring Takes the time to listen n answer all your questions We could not ask for a better doctor
Pam/Pamela at reception (suite 140 not sure if they ever move desks or not) is very sweet. Enjoyed talking with her while she checked me in for my appointment. Customer service job is definitley a great fit for her!! She is great.
I have had an appointment 2 weeks in a row and both were canceled by facility. Apparently a persons health doesn’t matter to these people. I can let one cancellation go but the second one being canceled 45 minutes before I am supposed to be there is very inconsiderate. I am looking elsewhere for medical care because Mercy has become worse than Cox ever was!
