Horrible. That's the best word to describe both the receptionist, Melissa, and the head nurse hired under Dr. Card/hospice, of Berryville, Arkansas. My father is on the St. John's hospice program, which is for the most part okay, I suppose; but the two mentioned above are just plain rude to my poor mother every time she calls to confirm presciptions for my father.
