Clean and quite facilities, staff is polite.
Went in for a regular checkup, first one ive had in a while. I was nervous about the process, as I hadn't been in a while, but I remember my mother taking me to mercy and it always being a friendly, efficient experience. This was nothing like it once was. There is a call center they rout you too, where you will be lied to about everything you ask including availability for appointments.
