Very nice on the telephone. But I was on hold for 30 minutes.
Extremely poor communication, The doctors only want to talk if its about your insurance.
I have avoided having a primary care doctor for so many years because of horrible experiences. I had several health issues that needed addressed and was able to get in same day. They were running an hour behind when I got there and I didn't have high expectations, but I saw NP April Allen and she was the best medical professional I've ever dealt with. They treat me and my kids very nice and amazing people!
Can't ever get an appointment. If you try to on their mercy.net it blocks you in the middle of putting in patient information. Ridiculous. Flat out. Watched the ability to get my sick child in, just get blocked while I was putting in his info!
