Terrible. Charging us for a consultation when they said it was free. She Did absolutely nothing. Looked at me, said she wouldn’t help me. Then insulted my skin when I was there for an eyebrow/eye consultation. I Should not have a bill for this. Extremely upset.
My surgery was one of the easiest surgical experiences that I have ever had. I was made to feel very comfortable by everyone involved. I felt like I was their number one priority at all times. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgable but most importantly, their technical and professional skills are second to none.
Doctor Kienstra was immediately personable, and has always been very thorough. He smoothed the experience with humor, anecdotes, and knowledge, giving lots of tidbits regarding procedures and outcomes. The whole staff was very experienced and friendly. Dr. Kienstra was available any time with advice and assurance. Facilities are clean and gave a feeling of gentility. A great experience!
Although I have been in the medical field most of my adult life, I was a little apprehensive going to a plastic surgeon, but was placed at ease the minute I walked in the door. From day one Dr. Kienstra's office, but especially Missy, Cindy, and Dr. Kienstra made me feel that my care and comfort was of the utmost importance to them. My confidence in their care was so complete that after the cancer reconstruction of my face healed I made the decision to have some elective surgery performed by Dr. Kienstra. Again with the same amazing results.
