What a joke. Screwed up my insurance. Did not file in time even though I asked multiple times within a couple months. Wound up having to pay out of pocket for the exam. Stated I did not need glasses yet I cannot see certain things at certain distances. So I am seeing another doctor so I can get glasses!! Looks like they take down the bad reviews. Only 6 reviews in 7 years!!! PS. I love Mercy otherwise!
Love Dr. Ali. She helped with my dry eyes and I actually can see better.
Will definitely go back!
