It literally takes 4 to 5 hours, every seat is taken, every one in the waiting room has same appointment times within 15 minutes apart then sit for 4 hours. Wake up!! 80% of these people are elderly hungry and bored, sleeping. No TV's well two and they aren't on. Do better!! Please, this is so hard on the patients. Arrived at 1:15 it's now 5:09 still waiting!!! This happens EVERY visit..
They’re answering machine and their website says they close at 4:30 Monday through Friday. No one is there to answer the calls. They field it with their answering service. I was calling to cancel since I already had an exam three weeks ago. Their answering service was warm and concerned with my call.
Great doctors but terrible at keeping appointments on time. We have several Dr's. That we see and have always had to wait 2-3 hours.
Dr. Ballard is an excellent physician and surgeon! She cares about you and treats you as one of her patients not just a patient! The staff who work there are also amazing.
I highly recommend dr Gillman. Very friendly. Communicationed very well. Amazing eye doctor. Thank you.
