Ms. Amanda was patient and very kind to me. She would always help me out with my diabetes & she would always listen and care about me and her other patients as well. Sad she is leaving and will no longer be treating me and her knowing about my type 1 diabetes . She was the best nurse I had.
Amanda and her nurse Missy are awesome. Now that Amanda is leaving. She has been very patient and kind to me and has gone out of the way to help me. Daily is another cup of worms. Uncaring and rude and demanding. I hope to be moved soon and hope to find another endo, where I going that is just as awesome as Amanda and Missy. I pray that this new chapter in your lives is be all u expected it to be and more. Good luck and Yah bless u all. Maybe we will meet up again someday. B safe and take care. Understaffed and underqualified staff. Terrible patient care. Not really caregivers so much as salespeople for Tandem diabetes and Dexcom. Poor communication skills and cannot provide continuity of care. UPDATE. I reached out to the Amanda's nurse when cgm's and infusion sets were denied. She said I don't know what to tell you. After a month she still had no answers and asked me if I wanted her to pay for them out of her own pocket.
