Dr. Kahn has made such a big difference in my diabetic world & finally got my a1c under control. I wish I would have been referred years ago!
Good luck getting someone to answer the phone here. If you leave a message, you won’t get a call back until at least the next day. Then, if you miss their phone call, then the process starts all over again. I tried to schedule an appointment through the chat option on Mercy’s website, but the endocrinology department doesn’t allow for this.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Mangrum and his PA Ms.Kirby for a couple of years now. I always leave feeling more confident with my diabetes and like all my concerns are addressed with solutions and help. Anytime I’ve had an issue with prescriptions or blood sugars, I’ve received quick responses and action from all of the nurses there through the MyMercy app. The staff here are really amazing. Thank you!
I was seen as a new patient by Dr. Kahn. I felt as if I was a waste of his and his staffs time. He was very condescending and acted like I shouldn’t be there. I waited for 6 months for this appointment needed to fast so labs could be run same day, but was never told that this needed to happen so I ate breakfast. Was scheduled for 12 different labs to be drawn with a follow up to discuss labs 4 months after the labs are done. In my opinion, a lot can happen in 4 months.
